Following her 2015 divorce from Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert showed off her toned physique, which she had achieved by dropping 45 pounds. She began losing weight in 2013 and followed a balanced diet and exercise regimen to achieve her goals. She never skips a workout, not even while she’s on the road performing at different locations.
In order to develop circuit training exercises that she could perform at home, Lambert also collaborated with personal trainer Bill Crutchfield. Lambert added that she was going to release a new album, which is what spurred her to start eating healthier. The fact that her estimated net worth is $18 million indicates that the weight loss was worthwhile.
